The 3 types of networkers. Which one are you?

Over the past two weeks, I interviewed the first group of users who tested the MVP for Chumzee. But my focus was not just on the MVP itself. I wanted to understand their broader relationship with networking: their feelings about it, their pain points, and their current approaches.
3 personas emerged from the interviews:
1️⃣ The Reluctant Networker Views networking as a necessary evil and a chore which often seems like a waste of time. They know they should network more but fear imposing on others. Confidence and follow-ups are challenges for them.
2️⃣ The Transactional Seeker Networks primarily for immediate opportunities and wants to see quick results. They worry about how others perceive them and want to avoid appearing desperate. Understandably, a dwindling bank account is top of mind.
3️⃣ Strategic Connectors Comfortable with networking and recognizes the long-term value. They enjoy making meaningful connections and reconnecting with colleagues. However, they find maintaining and tracking these efforts tedious. While they are not shy about reaching out, they often struggle with ideas on how to nurture those relationships authentically over time.
Does one of these resonate with you?
